GOLDEN EAGLE - GREAT BLUEFISHING YESTERDAY & EARLY MAHI TRIP REPORT!(PICS ADDED)
Yesterday was a great day back angling! The weather we had the past few days definitely helped out. There were PLENTY OF BLUES in the 3 to 8lb. range on jigs. Diamond jigs, plain and tailed worked great. There were nice long drifts where we held fish on with flurries at time. We had limits around the boat.
We just heard from the boat and IT WAS FANTASTIC MAHI FISHING AND THEN SOME!! They were in catch and release mode with limits around the boat! The weather for Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday looks great and BLUEFISHING WAS SUPER YESTERDAY. We missed all those days with the storms so let's get back out to the fishing grounds and make up for it. See you tomorrow morning - 7:30AM DEPARTURE.
