Nantucket report
Enough time has passed. Dev landed her personal best 12.4lbs summer flounder on 9/2/22, out of south yarmouth with captain Jeff. The fish was caught using a glow colored 6 inch gulp swimming mullet on a 10/0 owner hook with a white squid teaser and giant strip bait. Fish was caught using 6'6 mh st. Croix & daiwa saltist reel spooled with sufix braided line. She also landed a 9.6lb fish pictured below. I'm so f#cking proud of her & most importantly have no reason to ever go fluking up there again and can just go cod fishing!

Definitely a pricey trip but good reward for the lady for sure.
I'm leaving for montauk Wednesday and already in the hole 2K without even fishing yet. Between the room and the spa day at Gurneys for the wife shits nuts. But happy wife happy life I guess. Just hope to find some quality fluke next week out there
