BASSMASTER on Ice 1/22/22

Hit the ice with some bros on this day. Wasn’t sure what to expect but the flags were flying early. It was a steady pick for me with Bass and Perch on tip ups. Some of the Bass were super chunky and healthy looking for sure. Perch were no slouches either. Some absolute tanks when it comes to tasty panfish. Got in on the Crappie jig bite in the afternoon but couldn’t find any bruisers. They were kinda skiddish. You would jig 1-2 out of 1 hile then have to change holes to stay on top of em’! All in all a solid day of action on the ice with some NJFer’s! Love this ice season so far! It’s been pretty good! Well, except for today! Fished a holdover Trout/Salmon lake and it was an absolute wasteland. Unreal how that switch turns off so quickly. Oh well, back at it next week! Tight LINEZ bros! FLAGGGGG!!!!!
