FISHERMEN/Thursdays Fishing Report
Started out the morning where we left them biting yesterday. Read plenty of life got set up and caught a couple fish right away.
Dave B's first keeper was a beautiful 3 pound Sea Bass. Fish moved off so we re-set on the readings once again. Not enough action so we looked for another drop, read them again and had the same situation . This went on all morning!!
Ran offshore, starting picking pretty good with a dozen very nice fish and then the same crap!! Some guys ended up with 4-5 fish, some with just a couple.
Lou caught the first keeper Fluke of the Season but it wasn't big enough to beat his brother Franks 4 pound ling for the pool. Starting to see a couple Fluke each day, June 23rd will be our first Fluke trip.
Weather report reduced the wind to a Cool breeze from the East at 5-10 tomorrow so we will be fishing in the AM.
