Default Boat rentals

Good morning everyone. I need some assistance. I am wondering if anybody can give me names of boat rentals to fish for fluke. The place I usually go to permanently closed down. Please assist!

Thank you

Sorry should've been more specific. Anywhere from the highlands to belmar would be awesome.

Thank you

Oceanic Marina in Rumson. You can fish the rivers and be productive this time of year.

Do you need a boating license to rent a skiff? I'd love to give it a try. Never gone before so would have to go with someone who knew more than me, but think it'd be a lot of fun and I'm considering getting a small boat so this would be a cool way to test run.
