Spring Largemouth Bass

Greetings all,

Hope everyone is staying away from everyone while still finding some place to fish. It's getting tougher and tougher with more and more things being closed. This might be the easiest spawning season any of these fish had in years.

Anyway, I recently went out to a local pond and used my trusty rat-l-trap for some larger fish. I normally panfish, but once in a while I do like to get into some larger fish as well. Ended up a handful of largemouths this day as well as a couple very hungry bluegills. It amazes me how some of these small fish go after lures that they have no chance to get into their mouths.
