![]() Made a pit stop at the D&R managed two nice size fish but snapped a pic of the one because i noticed the black circle spots
Wasn't aware of saugers but this def looked different the Other walleyes i have caught, so was wondering if anyone could chime in whether this is a sauger or walleye? |

![]() Thinking just a walleye. Can't really tell from pick though. For walleye always look for white spot on bottom lobe of tail fin. Also saugers will have spots on dorsal fin. The spots on body of fish are normal for walleye. They are related to perch and my have bars like a perck. Think those spots are just molted barring.. nice catch.

![]() Yea i agree als mako i figured it was a walleye but def looked way different then the other walleye i caught, figured id ask.
