Lightbulb North Branch Raritan 8/12/19:

It was said Urbanni Fisheries is doing river restoration on the Lamington so the North Branch is a mess, be forewarned.
South Branch and main stem look good, and look even better after today.

You are correct, seems like the N Branch hasn't cleared up all summer. Sad part is a lot of this "river restoration" takes place on private waters.
That old busted dam was supposed to come out 5 years ago by the same company.................

Correct that it's somewhere in lamington as the far hills region of NB was clear when I fished it this night. Probably flint hill preserve? That would be the stretch below potterstown but above fiddler's elbow.

Or you know all that silt you kick up when pulling out tires could be the cause LOL im jk.

I believe they are doing the restoration just downstream from the town of Pottersville. I went for a motorcycle ride yesterday and I could see the clear vs, dirty break in the water.

I figured it was stream remediation, I could see the boulders alongside the road.
