Looking for trout and found bass instead

I made an early morning trip to Echo Lake today hoping to snag a fall stockie before they are picked clean and ended up catching nothing but largemouths instead. I hooked 3 dink LMBs on my Trout magnet before calling an audible, embracing my inner bassmaster, and switching to senkos and jigs. Landed 2 decent fish on a wacky senko(one on a dead-sticked senko - a First for me) and the biggest fish of the morning on a jig. Not the morning I planned but a good morning nonetheless.
