This will go on for about another week. Had no problem finding Ganesh idols in the river near Johnson Park in Piscataway.

After some research online, it looks like there are ganeshs that actually are non-toxic and breakup in the water. It looks like those painted ones aren't the ones in mind.

9/17/18: Not a bad 2 day haul from the Raritan river in Piscataway . More idols were going in as I was leaving, hard to keep up sometimes.
