![]() The Gambler had a decent shot of action on Weds morning. The fluke and sea bass seem eager to bite. But this weather has put a damper on everything this spring. Can't even finish our last bit of painting.
We did not make it out on our striper trip last night. Hopefully tonight will go. We will be targeting striped bass every Thursday, Friday and Saturday through the rest of June. Tomorrow looks like rain but the sea report is not bad and the fluke and sea bass don't mind a little rain --just bring your rain-gear and let's go. Weather report for Sunday looks pretty bad for high seas with another nor-easter. Good day to fine tune your tackle and put fresh line on your reel. Hopefully we'll see some blue skies after this weekend and get into full swing. Don't forget our Shark in the Dark trips, which begin July 1st. Last season, 2017, our first "Shark in the Dark" trip started with a bang. We had some crazy action on big sand tiger sharks. That trip is limited to 25 people or less, reservations only, book ahead. Also, we will begin our Thursday night's "Nite Wreckin" trip on June 28th. Those trips will target ling, cod, sea bass and squid. Hope to see you soon!
