Toadin' at lunch on the ribber
Took a long detour from iselin to the raritan for a late lunch. It was too nice not to! Saw lots of life... panfish, submarine carp, small bass and lots of baitfish all over. Then I saw a big dark tailed shadow lurking under the bright sun. Pitched a zman micro jig with a TRD tube by her a whammo! Fish on! She made a few stellar jumps and eased her in for a lippin'. Solid fat smallie. Prob 5 lbs or just about. Prespawn hungry and horned up! Here's the pic.
