11/1 Sea Tiger II Kickin Bass - 0 to Hero

We almost did not make it out today with just a few regulars showing up until the last minute, a couple of newbies that I am sure will come back, that gave us enough to go. We did a lot of looking around from one coast to the other, NJ to NY, only to find some bird life and bait. A long morning with nothing to show for it after a lot of miles of looking. Went to where one boat was catching a few but that didn't work as everyone else left the area. Made a short move and saw the birds and fish breaking on top. After that it was game on, on two and three on at a time. Called a couple of other boats back and we all caught fish. Ended up with a boat limit of customer keepers, about time we kept some, and threw back 3 X that in fish that were overs up to 40+ inches. Good job guys but my arms are sore from netting with the mate. Hopefully this is the start of the fall run with keepers, not just overs. Back at it in the morning sailing @ 7:30am and every day weather permitting.
