PROWLER5 - TUES., OCT. 7TH - SEA BASS REPORT

Hey gang, we had a nice crowd of customers again today, 28 people. We were all fired up and ready to go get ’em like we did yesterday. I had the 3 deckhands working deck. I was able to even get a couple of bushels of green crabs for today’s trip. But, it definitely was not like yesterday’s catch. The average was 5 to 6 to 7 keeper sea bass per person with Linsey being high hook with 18 keeper sea bass and she released a blackfish. She out fished the guys again today. We love having her aboard, she’s awesome. We did have a southerly breeze that came on pretty good in the afternoon that we never like to see because it makes the water colder. The total was 190 keeper sea bass, some really big porgies and no keeper blackfish, just shorts. We fished with fresh clams and green crabs. Had some great people on the boat today. They seemed pretty happy getting off the boat. Saying thanks Cap. we’ll be back. Our next trips will be Friday, Oct. 10th and Sat. Oct. 11th. We’ll see you at the dock then. I’ll post pics later.
