If you're looking for a private charter Mimi takes up to 20, Tagged Fish up to 15 and the Mijo starts at 20 and up. I would try and nail things down as quickly as possible especially if you intend do this on a weekend since they fill up quickly..

If a week day, even though you might not be able to fill the entire boat, you could call some of the party boats to see if you could work something out with one of them. Some travel light during the week and might reserve the whole boat for you if you commit to a certain number of fares.

Here are some links with the phone numbers and websites of the boats I mentioned above.

Best of luck and hope you and the club have a great time!!

Great suggestions on the different boats so I will give my opinion on what fish to target. The time slot you mentioned puts you in the Black seabass season.
This species is easy to catch, has a generous limit (keep 10 at 12.5 inches). You might also catch winter flounder, and ling....all good eating.
Other options.... striped bass and Fluke. Great fun to catch, but require more fishing skills particularly the latter. Limits are also low. Sometimes weather dependent.
My choices
1 Seabass
2 Striped bass
3 Fluke
4 Bluefish

Great call on the Seabass!! Constant action for them, easy to catch and perfect for people new to the sport and if they like to eat fish, one of the best!

Thank you all for the replies!!!! With so many fishing options available to us, the easy part is done. The difficult part is getting the members to commit to going as a group (wishy washy high school kids). I will certainly keep you posted on what we finally decide on.

Love the site! Been a long time reader and random poster. I have learned so much from everything that is available here. I hope everyone has a great fishing season, that keeps everyone safe and rods bent!

Catch em up!
