The concrete trout raised by the state are born to get caught, killed, and eaten. I don't care if they get stocked in a sewer, personally.

100% yes. Everything but the main stem of the raritan should be stocked.

It is all about selling licenses and trout stamp

they should only stock those ponds for kids derbys. they should stock trout in places where they have a chance to live thru the year like spring fed lakes and deep rivers.

Majority of NJ is a put-and-take fishery.
