GOLDEN EAGLE - ANOTHER NICE DAY WITH EXCELLENT FISHING - SEA BASS & LING
We looked up the beach this morning for the BLUES but did not see any life to stop or work on. We offered to do some bottom fishing and SEA BASS fishing was EXCELLENT! We only kept the fish that we were allowed and the others were safely released. We also had some nice BIG LING.

Not seeing any reports of blues inshore for a while now.. Could they possibly be offshore now ,spawning?.. It seems to me this happens every year mid summer, they are just gone for a couple weeks, and then return and stay around until November or so.. I know the numbers aren't what they used to be, but it just seems they are totally absent past week or so.... bob
