you basically need to take a picture of a fish on a tape/measurement (clear enough and make sure it's straight) and also any bonus pics like of you holding the fish, then email them the entry. You also need to fill out the application form, attach that in the email too. The fish needs to be on that minimum size chart they list otherwise it wont qualify. For the application I believe if you have a pdf editor you can digitally enter in the information then export/save that file. Otherwise i bet you can just download, print, write with pen, then scan/take a picture of it and attach it that way? Wish they had a better application format but the digital pdf editor works for me at least. Even if you dont win you get the paper and signed document + the badge with "qualified" listed.
