They are very good for u if u like fish. Hi in omega-3. When I say like fish that means you eat fish besides flounder which taste like nothing. If you eat bluefish, salmon, tuna, you would probably like them if they are prepared right and like any fish are better without freezing. Keep plenty of ice on them. Most people including me feel the Atlantic mackerel is the best eating. Some: Boston mackerel. There used to be tons around jersey in the winter. I don’t think they are getting them like they used to. I haven’t been out on the winter boats to see what they are getting but if they are getting them I know it’s nowhere like they used to be. I think they still get Atlantic mackerel decent up north on the Atlantic coast.
