That is true it takes a special type of wacko to go ice fishing it is not for the weak of heart, if you dress in layers you can withstand just about all types of cold weather. I have a bumper sticker that reads"THIS IS THE ONLY FLAG THAT I KNEEL TO" and it has a polar tip up next to it.

I found it online. If you google "this is the only flag I kneel to ice fishing."

And speaking of special kind of whacko, 10 years ago I sent a query to NJ Monthly about a short essay on ice fishing. Editor got back to me & said he wanted it "because I think you guys are friggin' nuts and I just want to hear why you do it."
