Nice catch Cap!! Looks like they would've gave a hell of a fight on them! One species I've yet to catch myself. Good job, and nice pics to match!

They wouldn't touch a Herring but were all over Chicken Livers. They put up a great fight and were a ton of fun to catch.... Drop down to 20 feet and BAM ZZZZZZZZZZZ.

Seemed like when we started chumming the soft part of the livers that were not firm enough to put a hook into, they really turned on.. Was told it's also a time of day thing, as the sun goes down and into the evening is when they are most active.

Ah yes chicken liver guts all over the boat! Good times! We will have to get you this year for the meet and greet bossman!
