Same, I would try folding it on itself with some aqua seal/shoe gloo in the middle. Then once it dries apply a wide coating on both sides, maybe multiple coatings.

Sweet looking brown. Congrats, you put your time in and get rewarded. Sucks about the waders. I've had luck using water proof tape on both sides and ironing the are to get a good deal. Just put some parchment paper over the tape so it doesn't stick to the iron.
