[Lady M Charters]

(FRI) Today was a charter for Murph and the boys for some Togging and we had steady life all day with keepers and shorts. We fished from 40 to 70 ft and the life was good in all depths. There was a lot of fish that just missed the mark today. The boys finished up with 25 keepers to 7 lbs and countless shorts.

(SAT) This AM we hosted the Tom B charter and the first two drops had a very slow pick of keepers and shorts. The anchoring conditions were a little tough with very little wind and current but we sat on the bottom good enough. It is 1 pm already and only have five keepers in the boat and it is not looking good. We made another drop and it took a few minutes to get our first bite and from there it turned into a very good chew with keepers and shorts. In the next two hours we caught over 50 fish with another 16 k for the box. The charter finished up with 21 keepers for the day, sometimes it is not how you start but finish up. By no means was it great fishing but it was nice to put some more meat in the cooler for the guys.
