Yes, great swamp is one of the headwaters of the passaic watershed. Other headwaters of the passaic watershed come right out of the hilly regions that also make up some Raritan headwaters.

The amount of rain this year has been good for these small streams. Even this little creek that flows into N Branch near the town of N Branch, Chambers Brook I think, has been flowing great.

Nice fish. Even with the colder water from the snow melt the wild browns were still active. I got out Sunday as well in an upper Passaic feeder. Love the little creeks that get off color after a good rain.

Agreed. It allows fish to move throughout the streams to reach suitable spawning areas. My bigger stream fav, however, has been blown out all Nov.
