Best ways to eliminate line twist with a spinner while spooling is to use what Kurtis suggested or have it spooled in a shop..
If you develop line twist as you fishing, while the boat is underway at slow speed, let the line out with nothing on it and let the momentum of the boat work the line and the twist out of the end of the line and reel back in... Number one culprit of getting line twist is reeling against the drag... If you aren't gaining line when reeling, stop reeling. Number 2 culprit is fishing with a bait that spins while in the current or reeling it in... Here's where a high quality barrel swivel above your spinning bait comes in handy.
