WOW! I am glad to see all the recreational fishermen and charter boat Captains passing this around already? (Sarcastic)
Here is a noble challenge. Lets see how many of us respond to this link and contact the officials who can actually make a positive change. If you do just post "Done." We do have the numbers to make a change for the better, but if you do nothing now don't complain later.
