I think the majority of trout took the day off to enjoy the nice weather. Definitely thinking that to myself after my experience today :P

BT67 I was out yesterday on the lower south branch of the Raritan and had two bites. In the 40 years I have been trout fishing, it was as quite as it gets. I believe the rapid rise in water temp has them messed up. Mother nature sure dose not like drastic changes in my humble opinion. Did not hear much of birds or other animals making a lot of noises. Just my 2 cents.

Boat loads of us fishing the trout stocked sections of the Raritan, slim to nil on the fish. Thanx for checking in.
