Skunked! It was super slow by dows. But we had a fun day, and might have witnessed the winning perch? we only had 3 rods setup. Keeping a 5 year old busy on the ice was kind of easy especially since he just wanted to walk around and talk to everyone.

We plan on it. Just placed an order for an auger drill chuck adaptor and enough tip ups to cover a couple acres.

Well, we didn't enter the contest since this is our 1st real season of trying out ice fishing. But we did show up and fished and felt like we were in the contest.
I got skunked myself cause I was too busy using my new toy (Aqua-vu camera) I guess. But my buddies did OK. NW with 2 perch, 1 Larry and one snot rocket. JP with 3 solid perch. Maybe we will jump in the next ice contest and try our luck.
