The Shimano Torium recomended looks like a great reel although I have never used it. I would recommend a few of the Daiwa conventional reels.
Daiwa makes a Saltist Hyperspeed 20 or 30 with plenty of speed (7:3:1) and drag (22lb.). One other recommendation that not many would suggest is a Daiwa Lexa 300 HS (7:1:1). Both have up to 22lb drag and very smooth and fast retrieves for casting and jigging. I personally use a Lexa 300 HS with the power handle and it makes casting a pleasure!
