![]() If your able to free up the brakes by moving the master with a screwdriver that tells ya right there the actuator is the problem.
Had the same issue years ago when corrosion after sitting for the winter would cause the actuator to stick. Same issue your having. R+R the actuator , bled the brakes and was good to go. While your at it, lube your caliper slides with some good waterproof grease.
