Default raritan bay porgies

fished a few rock piles in the bay with my buddy chris and wound up with 5 nice poogys 1 fluke an 1 skate. boat ran great till i got to the ramp in sewaren. retrived the trailor then the boat wouldnt stay running to get it on the trailer. got a little wet to hook the winch up. dont understand the problem seems like its starving for fuel. its a love, hate relationship owning a boat. just glad it was at the ramp and not in the middle of the bay

Rough idle is carb problem.

Would throttle up is a dying fuel pump, clogged filter, or almost running out of gas and its sloshing around the pickup tube.

More details can help direct you where to look for the problem.

Answering your response for 1IMike The
Motor starts and idles but as soon as we
give it any throttle it stalls. No alarms or
warning lights in the console. Ran all day
with no problems however after leaving
out last stop on the way to the trailer
it seemed like we weren't getting any
fuel a few squeezes if the ball and it ran
fine all the way to the ramp. At the ramp
trying to put it in the trailer was when
we couldn't get it to stay running.
