Bwahahahahahaha! Spotburn! Head to the Ramapo or head to the Wanque above Monksville res! Real pretty area with some primo fishing! I'm dying for some Shad myself but that river was a flooded beast over the weekend and still a bit high! Good luck and let us know how you do!

Many smaller streams are clean but hi , majors up north OK , but others still very stained . I go over Big D everyday to trout fish in NJ & ur lucky if u get on it by weekend possibly ?
Lotsa trout around but size leaves a little bit to be desired , nice to out weatjer great ! After fishing hard all winter fresh & salt nice to not have to wear the heavy clothes , little sun tan today 😜👍 |

Everyone is very right- I found the pequannock and wanaque were both throwable for spoons and jigs Sunday- just had to drive a little further up. Closer to sources you'll have less runoff and chocolate yahoo milk
