![]() The color that I have on my line at that moment.
Every color in the gulp grub line up catches fish better than another on a given day. many times it just matching the bait to the type of forage the fluke are tuned into . its well worth having a mix of colors in the box .

![]() I'll use the 4" swimming mullets in white, chartreuse, pink and new penny early in the year when fishing RB. I'll move up to the 5 and 6" grubs as the water warms and when fishing the ocean adding nuclear chicken and pink shine to my color array.
I'll also use the 4" shrimp in New penny in the back bay and rivers or when I see fluke spitting up grass shrimp. There are also times I'll fish the GULP mantis shrimp. |
