Don't know for sure but wouldn't think there would be any skim especially after today but 10' of snow might make slush and pockets if ice tomorrow

I know earlier this year the boat launch froze over fairly fast. I haven't been back(20 min ride and the ice wasn't thick enuff for walking)
You could try calling and asking the ranger station. I know their police are there year round(saw them few weeks ago when I was up)
Tight lines

Without knowing for sure I would say yes, I live in Vernon and all the resovoirs on rt 23 are lightly iced over. Couple that with 8" of snow and a low of 12 degrees tomorrow and a high of 28 on Friday and I think your iced up

23Cardinal... valid point... I forgot the rangers... too bad the weather will warm up and rain this weekend or we may have had a shot at some actual ice...
