.

Some signs you're addicted to fishing:

-All your selfies have fish in them.

-The local tackle shop knows you by name.

-Every lens you own is polarized.

-You’re asked, “Why do you have so many fishing poles?”

-You mow your lawn at night so you have more daylight for fishing.

-Opening day means fishing, not baseball.

-While grocery shopping at Wal-Mart you walk out with fishing gear instead.

-You’ve brought your boat to work, to fish after work or you bring your kayak to work and it stays in your truck, so you’re always prepared.

-One more cast means one more cast in every direction, so, 10 or more casts.

-You squeeze in fishing before work and/or on lunch break.

A guy pulls up to a trout stream, parks and gets his gear together. He heads down to the pool above the bridge and seeing an older gent on one side he heads to the opposite side of the stream.

After the two have been quietly fishing for a half hour or so a funeral procession comes rolling down the country road. As it passes over the bridge the old gent removes his hat and holds it to his breast until the procession has passed, then resumes fishing.

Impressed by this apparently random act of respect the other fellow says, "By God sir that was one of the most respectful and honorable gestures I've witnessed in a long time!"

The older gent replies, "Well, I figure it's the least I could do considering next Tuesday would'a been our 50th anniversary."

Footnote; my wife once said if I go fishing once more she's gonna leave me. Ya know, sometimes I really miss that gal!

FA.... Sorry I don't think you would get much help there or here. Every response is going to be. "I do that, it's perfectly normal" or with the occasional "sounds like you're not fishing enough"
