That damn full moon is out in full force. I'm still not sure if it's a friend or enemy! Some nice looking fish caught despite the big bright moon devil being out! Nice Bow for sure! And what's up with all the giant Pickerel? I didn't know it was fish cake season! Haha! Time well spent on the water!

Yeah, that seems the to be the general consensus I'm getting from my Facebook feed. The fishing on Sunday was awful. I downsized my lures and fished slow, but even the sunfish weren't biting. Eventually, one nice smallie charitably rescued me from getting skunked.

i did notice (and maybe it's just a coincidence, but...) the fall hybrid bite has died off on me or been non existent 3/3 times when the air pressure started dropping as i've taken note of the times and checked after the fact on the internet.

I wish i could completely understand all the variables so i knew when to be where for the greatest efficiency...maybe one day!

We all know it only takes one fish to make a day though if it's the right fish!
