I think a few game cameras at hi traffic pull of areas mite help nail these scum.. once someone gets hit with huge fines, word spreads, and the possibility that there could b camera would deter.. politicians will say there's no $$$ for that right b4 they go on a luxury vacation

The tires have been in the river for 30 maybe 40 years. I don't think people dump like they used to, many of these are single ply very old tires. Remember all the floods.

Fully agree with you dude!! Andy and his clean up cliques DO WORK out there!!!! A few generations should be able to benefit from their hard work though! Great job again gang!!
