I have two Lew's baitcasters and they are high quality, especially for the money. I have no experience with their rods, but it wouldn't be too much of a stretch to assume that they put the same effort into them that they put into their reels. Also in that price range on Cabelas are the Fenwick HMG and Shimano Clarus. Bot are really nice rods for the money.

So I cannot find the Lews tp1 anywhere. I did however see the duckette micro magic in a store by me and curious if anyone has ran one of those. I do run a relatively heavy braid and I'm not sure how that would cast it.
