Mick its the good crusty stuff. Might need to go buy new loaves tomorrow now since the trip is Sunday. I like fresh bread!

Its already stale after it coolsfrom being baked. My father in law has a place on the Island of Ischia, right down the corner from the house is the bakery. Nothing like walking over around 3pm getting a loaf right out of the oven to eat 5 mins later with a nice bowl of linguini con vongole!
