Great looking Eye! Congrats to the angler that caught the BEAST. Pennsylvania Eyes taste better. 5 fish @ 15 or greater is a bargain. Nothing beats the taste of those 15 inchers. Good catch! Walleye bag limit down to 1 fish sounds good to me. Why not make it 1 fish between 18-22 inches to help the fine fishery we already have!

All game fish could benefit from a slot but let's be honest. Probably won't happen. We can only try to do it personally for ourselves. I usually use the skillful angler chart as my guide. Anything bigger released. I even threw back a bunch of perch over 13" this ice fishing season.

Big fish, they lay more eggs, they have better genes to grow bigger and faster (most likely) or they're just really lucky haha. Plus small fish taste better!
