![]() MGM, try using peanut oil. It has a higher smoke point and it doesn't 'hold' odors the way other vegetable oils can.

![]() Simmer some white vinegar(in another pan) after frying fish and should get rid of the smell. Of course you'll have vinegar smell for a brief time
