Did you see the orange and bright yellow ones? They get crazy around spawning time. There used to be nice nice size panfish in there. |

we didnt see any orange ones there but we did see a huge white one buzzing around but couldnt get it to bite

nice, i'll be trying for my second carp trip this season, first time i was a bit too early and although i could see them there they really weren't eating at all i guess.

For what it's worth, I was at a local pond Sunday evening throwing trout magnets for panfish and bass when my kids and I started catching small carp and big goldfish on the magnets. I never had them hit artificials before. Good fight on ultralight gear.
