I was at SR last Saturday and the ramp only had about a ft of concrete under water. It was low as heck for this time of year. They must have really drawn a lot of water from there last year. I've never seen it this low at spring. Spruce run creek is only a narrow creek at the road by 31 where it goes from under the bridge to the lake.
