"Back in the day",my grandfather and I poured lead in the basement all winter long with an open cellar window at sidewalk level and a vent then went under the front porch. Tons of splitshots were made for the little tackle shop.....we didn't give too much thought to the noxious fumes back then..........

Ill be using a little 10 lb electric pot...Im going on guys weekend to worlds end state park this coming weekend. Im going to bring the jig pouring gear with me.. I figure I can keep the mold hot by the fire if I need be and the cabins have covered porches.. Im sure I should be able to find a way out of the wind..
