going to meetings and write letters is best shot we have, i do and feel likes its a waste of time but....I still keep trying.
Its so sad rules are based on bad data when real data is readily available. eventually it will force everyone to fly the flag, but its really gonna hurt charters party boats who have to fly by the rules. sad to see it this way, guess sea bass will be cut in the fall as well.
