Re: Circle Hooks
The best circle hooks are not off set but must be in-line circle hooks. I found that out the hard way but now I'm 100% corner of the mouth hooking so far this season with the in-line circle hooks on tip-ups (gamakatsu brand hooks).
Remember not to set the hook at all just apply the resistance and then start the fight. And if the circle hook gets any thing less than brand new razor sharp, toss it! It'll never be the same again no matter how well you re-sharpen it.
