They'll work but at 1 oz it'd be tough to use them in shallow and/or weedy watersheds. You'd really have to rip em' good.

X2 on what Jigman said. Pike love them but instead of making river donations, i'd only use them in lakes or spacious eddies.

Jig lakers w them. Walleye and wipers in the fall. I use 3/4 and 1oz all the time. Bigger bait equals bigger fish. Deepwater dreams
