That's because they don't want any PA fisherman stealing our beloved Hybrids out of there!!!
I'm such a smart ass ain't I ?  I can feel your pain Buddy, it seems like it would become annoying after the second time! Especially if it's the SAME ones who keep shaking you down, politely or not. I'm shocked that they don't recognize you by now!! You need to put your boat name on the side so they know who you are!
