Update on the story:

A 62-year-old homeless man has been identified as the person found dead in Deal Lake on Monday, authorities said.
A fisherman spotted the body of 62-year-old Arthur Radcliffe at around 2:30 p.m., Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office spokesman Charles Webster said

The body was covered with numerous hickey marks from the carp pulling him in the water and trying to eat him.
