This past year I started using a Cabela's plastic ammo can for sinkers and general tacklebox and it's worked pretty good. Even has a rubber gasket and is pretty much waterproof. And large enough to store smaller flat Plano boxes for Ava's, bucktails, etc.

I converted to a good old 5gallon bucket. throw a handful of different size sinkers and a cpl spools of line, and a bag of pre tied snells. simple fishing, simple storage. dont overthink it. I put one bucket inside the other and theres my blackfish/philly mountain trout tank. I should.mention these buckets have lids with a rubber gasket to keep out water, and I can say I have never been out and found myself lamenting about what container my sinkers are in

5 gallon bucket with lid. Don't party boat fish that often but when I do everything fits in it makes a great carry on and if you have a good lid it's waterproof

I second what shark said we use bank bags, they are free from any bank and hold a lot of lead. If keeping it on the boat watch the zipper as the salt water will rust it out very quick but you just go back and get another!!
